Abstract
"MATERIAL COMPOSTO LAMINADO, FABRICAçãO E EMPREGO". No caso de materiais compostos laminados para mancais deslizantes ou buchas é almejado empregar camadas de deslizamento isentas de chumbo. De acordo com a invenção é sugerido um material composto laminado com uma camada de suporte, uma camada de metal do mancal (3) de uma liga de cobre ou de uma liga de alumínio, com uma camada intermediária de níquel (2) de uma espessura > 4 <109>m, e com uma camada de deslizamento (1) de cerca de 0 a 20% em peso de cobre e/ou de prata e o resto de estanho. A camada de deslizamento (1) é depositada galvanicamente de um eletrólito de ácido metilo sulfónico.
