Abstract
"MéTODO PARA CODIFICAR IMAGEM EM MOVIMENTO E MéTODO PARA DECODIFICAR IMAGEM EM MOVIMENTO". A presente invenção refere-se a um filtro de retirada de bloco aplicado junto a um componente de luminância é referido e aplicado a um componente de crominância, por converter uma posição de pixel do componente de crominância de modo a ter uma posição de pixel de um componente de luminância que pertence ao mesmo campo que o componente de crominância (F7a) e referindo-se ao componente de luminância, a presente invenção torna possível gerar uma imagem mais natural por filtrar o componente de luminância e o componente de crominância com a mesma potência quando a imagem é exibida em uma forma de varredura entrelaçada.
