Abstract

"COLUNA EM UMA ESTRUTURA DE SUPORTE DE UM AUTOMóVEL EM ESTILO SPACEFRAME". A presente invenção refere-se a uma estrutura de suporte de um automóvel em estilo spaceframe com um quadro de teto (1) compreendendo suportes longitudinais (1a) e suportes transversais (1b), e suportes longitudinais (2a, 2b) dispostos em ambos os lados na altura do chão do veículo feitos de perfis ocos, e com colunas (3, 4, 5) na forma de perfis ocos que unem os suportes longitudinais (1a, 1b) do quadro de teto (1) com os suportes longitudinais (2a, 2b) no lado do chão. A estrutura de suporte é caracterizada pelo fato de que pelo menos duas colunas opostas (3, 4, 5) da estrutura de suporte, especialmente as colunas B, C ou D são formadas por placas duplas soldadas na sua borda periférica, deformadas por meio de alta pressão interna, sendo que a borda periférica forma flanges (3c, 5c) para vedações de porta e / ou janela, e as respectivas extremidades das colunas (3, 4, 5) são executadas como zonas de junção (31, 51, 32, 52) adaptadas à forma dos suportes longitudinais (2a, 2b) no lado do chão e dos suportes longitudinais (1a) do quadro de teto (1), para a junção aos suportes longitudinais (2a, 2b) no lado do chão e aos suportes longitudinais (1a) do quadro de teto (1).
