Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA DETECTAR CONTEúDO DE ESCóRIA EM FLUXO DE METAL LìQUIDO". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para detectar o conteúdo de escória no fluxo de metal líquido, que inclui um sensor (22), um cabo de sinal (26) e um processador de sinal (27). O sensor (22) apresenta um alojamento de metal (1), sendo seqüencialmente posicionadas dentro do sensor (22) de uma bobina receptora (2), camadas de enchimento, uma bobina transmissora (3) e uma bobina de compensação (4). As bobinas são todas enroladas na ranhura espiral de camadas de isolamento e camadas de enchimento, que consistem em chapas isolantes (11,13,14,15) com ranhuras e em um bloco isolante de enchimento (12) com ranhuras, respectivamente, cada círculo da ranhura se deslocando, um por um, ao longo da direção axial do sensor (22).
