Abstract

"PROCESSO DE COLOCAçãO AUTOMáTICA SOB DOBRA DE PEçAS DE PEQUENO VOLUME, NOTADAMENTE DE DOCUMENTOS, E DISPOSITIVO PARA APLICAçãO DESSE PROCESSO". O dispositivo automático, para a aplicação do processo de colocação sob dobras de peças de pequeno volume que permite efetuar uma colocação sob dobra com cadência muito elevada, comporta uma armação (11), sobre a qual são montados um recipiente de estocagem (12), contendo uma pilha de envelopes (15) superpostos que são dispostos de tal maneira que possam ser retirados um a um na base do recipiente e um tambor de captação (13) associado a um came rotativo (14) . O tambor de captação (13) é ajustado para deslocar os envelopes (15) individualmente e sucessivamente do recipiente de estocagem (12) para uma zona de introdução de um documento em um envelope e para abrir um envelope, quando o came rotativo (14) tiver desdobrado a aba de fechamento desse envelope. Os documentos (30) a serem introduzidos nos envelopes (15) são encaminhados por pinos (32) solidários a uma cadeia de acionamento (31) que circula em contínuo.
