Abstract

"ABSORVEDOR DE áGUA E MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DO MESMO". Um objetivo da presente invenção e a provisão de um absorvedor de água possuindo excelentes propriedades de gel e mostrando excelentes propriedades quando usado em um material de absorção de água de um material sanitário/higiênico, tal como fralda de papel-tecido. Além disso, outro objetivo da presente invenção é a provisão do absorvedor de água que seja seguro e excelente quanto a permeabilidade a líquido e onde é reduzida a quantidade do aperfeiçoador de permeabilidade a líquido para aperfeiçoar a permeabilidade a líquido. O absorvedor de água é fabricado de uma resina absorvedora de água, preparada por um método de polimerização específico e possuindo um alto grau de reticulação, uma propriedade de manutenção de líquido alta e uma resistência a gel alta (sua Pressão de Intumescimento de Camada de Gel é de 3,5 kPa ou mais). Esse absorvedor de água é adicionalmente processado para ter uma distribuição de tamanho de partícula específica (95% em peso ou mais de suas partículas são inferiores a 850 <109>m porém não inferiores a 106 <109>m, e desvio padrão logarítmico ((sym)(sym)) está em uma faixa de 0,25 a 0,45) e então reticulado na superfície. Após isso, é adicionado um aperfeiçoador de permeabilidade a líquido.
