Abstract

"BOMBA PARA PASTAS E RESPECTIVO PROCESSO DE CONTROLE". Numa bomba para pastas de dois cilindros de alimentação para alimentação contínua, em particular, de concreto, em cuja bomba dois cilindros de alimentação removem o material de alta viscosidade a partir de um tanque de pré-carregamento e suprem-no a uma linha de alimentação, é provida uma válvula de comutação tendo uma seção reta que se estreita a partir de uma abertura de entrada atribuída aos cilíndros para uma abertura de descarga atribuída à linha de alimentação, cuja válvula de desvio conecta, em qualquer posição, pelo menos um cilindro de alimentação, em toda a sua seção reta, à citada linha de alimentação, uma disposição de suporte (20) e um came de placa (15) firmemente conectados a ela sendo atribuídos de acordo com a invenção à válvula de desvio (11) no seu lado que confronta os cilindros (3,5). O came de placa (15) compreende não apenas a abertura de entrada (21) da válvula de desvio (11), mas, também uma abertura de captura (23), que está disposta a distância suficiente a partir da abertura de entrada (21) de forma a cobrir completamente uma abertura de um dos cilindros de alimentação (3, 5). Além disso, é descrito um processo de controle desta bomba para pastas, de alimentação contínua.
