Chapa de aço fina de alta razão de elasticidade e alta resistência superior em soldabilidade e ductilidade caracterizada por: Ser composta de aço contendo, em percentual em massa, C: acima de 0,030 até menos de 0,10%, Si: 0,30 até 0,80%, Mn: 1,7 a 3,2%, P: 0,001 a 0,02%, S: 0,0001 a 0,006%, Al: 0,060% ou menos, N: 0,0001 a 0,0070%, contendo também Ti: 0,01 a 0,055%, Nb: 0,012 a 0,055%, Mo: 0,07 a 0,55%, B: 0,0005 a 0,0040%, e simultaneamente satisfazendo 1,1 <243> 14xTi(%) + 20xNb(%) + 3xMo(%) + 300xB(%) <243> 3,7 , o saldo composto de ferro e das inevitáveis impurezas, e ter uma razão de elasticídade de 0,64 até menos de 0,92, um TsxEL de 3320 ou mais, um YrxTSxEl¬ 1/2¬ de 2320 ou mais, e um limite de resistência à tração (TS) máximo de 780 MPa ou mais.
