Abstract
"PINçA DE FREIO FUNDIDA E MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR A MESMA". Esta invenção se refere a uma pinça de freio adaptada para uso em um conjunto de freio a disco de veículo e a um método e aparelho para produzir o mesmo. o método para produzir a pinça de freio compreende as etapas de: (a) prover um elemento de molde tendo pelo menos duas seções de molde; (b) prover um elemento de núcleo tendo pelo menos uma primeira extensão macho que é adaptada para formar um recesso de posicionamento integralmente fundido na pinça de freio que é usada como uma superfície de posicionamento para usinagem subseqüente da pinça de freio; (c) dispor o elemento de núcleo no elemento de molde em uma posição predeterminada; (d) fornecer um material adequado para o elemento de molde de modo a formar uma pinça de freio dentro do molde; (e) remover a pinça de freio a partir do molde, em que a pinça de freio inclui um recesso de posicionamento integralmente fundido formado no mesmo pela primeira extensão macho do elemento de núcleo; e (f) usinar a pinça de freio utilizando pelo menos o recesso de posicionamento integralmente fundido formado no mesmo como uma superfície de posicionamento.
