"DERIVADO DE QUINAZOLINA, COMPOSTO, PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE UM DERIVADO DE QUINAZOLINA, COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA, USO DE UM DERIVADO DE QUINAZOLINA, E, MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM EFEITO ANTI-PROLIFERATIVO EM UM ANIMAL DE SANGUE QUENTE". A invenção refere-se a derivados de quinazolina de Fórmula sendo que cada um de R¬ 1a¬ , R¬ 1b¬, R¬ 2¬, R¬ 3¬ e a tem quaisquer dos significados definidos na descrição; processos para sua preparação, composições farmacêuticas contendo os mesmos, e seu uso na fabricação de um medicamento para uso como um agente antiproliferativo na prevenção ou no tratamento de tumores que são sensíveis à inibição de tirosinas quinases de receptor de erbB.
