Abstract
"BOBINA VASOOCLUSIVA COM ESTRUTURA DE FILAMENTO TERAPêUTICA APERFEIçOADA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma bobina vasooclusiva, que é reforçada com um elemento resistente ao estiramento para melhorar a segurança durante a retração da bobina. O elemento resistente ao estiramento é fixamente preso em uma extremidade da bobina vasooclusiva, e a outra extremidade do elemento resistente ao estiramento é montada de modo destacável em um elemento impulsor alongado para permitir a colocação e liberação da bobina vasooclusiva dentro da vasculatura do paciente. O elemento resistente ao estiramento pode ser formado de um material não-metálico bioativo e/ou terapêutico para melhorar as propriedades terapêuticas da bobina vasooclusiva.
