Abstract

"COMPOSIçõES ESPUMáVEIS, ARTIGOS ESPUMADOS, E PRé-MISTURAS PARA A PREPARAçãO DAS COMPOSIçõES ESPUMáVEIS". Composições espumáveis que são utilizáveis na fabricação de artigos elastoméricos termoplásticos, resistentes ao calor, flexíveis, espumados, e que compreendem pelo menos: (a) 100 partes, em peso, de um ou mais copolímero em bloco seletivamente hidrogenados, tendo pelo menos dos blocos A resinosos de areno monovinílico predominantemente polimerizado, não hidrogenado, e um bloco B elastomérico seletivamente hidrogenado, em que referido bloco B antes de hidrogenação é predominantemente um dieno conjugado polimerizado ou dienos, referido copolímero em bloco tendo um peso molecular aparente de pelo menos 250 kg/mol e contendo blocos de areno monovinílico polimerizado de peso molecular verdadeiro de pelo menos 18 kg/mol, (b) 5 a 50, preferivelmente de 15 a 40 partes, em peso, de um ou mais copolímeros em bloco seletivamente hidrogenados tendo pelo menos dois blocos A<39> resinosos de areno monovinílico predominantemente polimerizado, não hidrogenado, e um bloco B<39> elastomérico seletivamente hidrogenado, em que referido bloco B<38> antes de hidrogenação foi derivado de um dieno conjugado polimerizado ou dienos como um componente principal que podem ser misturados com proporções menores de outros copolímeros (por exemplo, vinil aromático), isto é,<243> 25% em peso, e referido copolímero em bloco tendo um peso molecular aparente total na faixa de 50.000 a 180. 000, enquanto os blocos A<39> resinosos mostram um peso molecular verdadeiro na faixa de 3 a 20 kg/mol e, preferivelmente, de 5 a 15 kg/mol, (c) de 25 a 80 partes, em peso, de um polímero cristalino linear compreendendo propileno como componente principal, com uma temperatura de amolecimento Vicat na faixa de 130<398>C a 180<198>C e um MFR na faixa de 0,5 a 30 dg/min e um indice de polidispersividade de pelo menos 4,5, (d) de 100 a 250 partes, em peso, de um amaciante compatível com blocos B e B<39>, (e) de 0,01 a 3% em peso, com relação ao peso do(s) componente(s) primário(s) (a) até (e) de um agente de nucleação químico sólido no grupo endotérmico em combinação com um agente de sopro, e, opcionalmente (f) um ou mais componentes secundários selecionados de PPO e/ou quaisquer resinas compatíveis com componente (a) de copolímero em bloco, antioxidantes, estabilizadores de UV, retardantes de chama, agentes modificadores de superfície e cargas inorgânicas, e artigos espumados derivados de referidas composições.
