Abstract

"MONITORAMENTO E CONTROLE DA POLIMERIZAçãO USANDO INDICADORES DE AVANçO MELHORADOS". A presente invenção refere-se de uma forma geral aos métodos de monitoramento e controle de reações de polimerização incluindo as reações que produzem produtos poliméricos multimodais usando múltiplos catalisadores em um reator único. As modalidades da invenção fornecem métodos de rapidamente monitorar e controlar as reações de polimerização sem a necessidade de experimentar e testar as propriedades polimóricas. O método usa dados de controle do reator e dados de inventário do material em uma função de indicador de avanço matemática para controlar as condições do reator, e desse modo os produtos produzidos sob estas condições.
