Abstract

APARELHO DE CODIFICAÇÃO DE ESPECTRO, APARELHO DE DECODIFICAÇÃO DE ESPECTRO, APARELHO DE TRANSMISSÃO DE SINAL ACÚSTICO, APARELHO DE RECEPÇÃO DE SINAL ACÚSTICO E MÉTODOS DOS MESMOS. Aparelho de codificação de espectro capaz de realizar a codificação em uma baixa taxa de bits e com alta qualidade é divulgado. Este aparelho é dotado de uma seção que realiza a transformação de freqüência de um primeiro sinal e calcula um primeiro espectro, uma seção que converte a freqüência de um segundo sinal e calcula um segundo espectro, uma seção que estima a forma do segundo espectro em uma banda de FL (menor igual) k <FH usando um filtro tendo um primeiro espectro em uma banda o (menor igual) k < FL como um estado interno e uma seção que codifica um perfil do segundo espectro determinado com base em um coeficiente indicando a característica do filtro nesse momento.
