Abstract

"PREPARAçãO EM AEROSSOL AQUOSA". Preparações aquosas estéreis para inalação como aerossol são descritas, as quais contêm um agente ativo, um surfactante não-iónico e um fosfolipídio. As preparações são adequadas para administração por inalação de agentes ativos pouco solúveis na forma de soluções coloidais. Elas podem também ser empregadas para administração de agentes ativos que tem gosto ruim, irritam a mucosa ou causam tosse ou broncoconstrições. As preparações podem ser nebulizadas com aparelhos comuns e podem vantajosamente ser usadas na prática pediátrica.
