Abstract
"MéTODO PARA DETERMINAR SE UMA SUBSTáNCIA é LIGANTE". São descritos no presente métodos para permitir ou aprimorar os testes funcionais de receptores acoplados a proteína G por meio do uso da coexpressão de genes auxiliares. Em alguns casos, quimeras que ligam o domínio regulador da proteína rap1B à região efetora do oncogene ras são utilizadas em conjunto com testes funcionais existentes para proliferação celular. Além disso, a sobreexpressão de outros genes pode aumentar ainda mais as propriedades capacitadoras de quimeras ras/rap.
