Abstract

"ANEL DE SEGMENTO PARA êMBOLOS DE MOTORES DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA". A presente invenção refere-se a um anel de segmento (10) para êmbolos de motores de combustão interna, em que frente ao estado atual da técnica deve ser provida uma melhor capacidade de enchimento de forma com uma força tangencial, de modo que o anel garanta uma pequena fricção, mas também pequeno consumo de óleo na operação do motor. No anel de segmento de acordo com a invenção com uma área de rolamento (13) fechada, contígua à parede do cilindro, bem como com um flanco de anel (11a, 11c) superior e um inferior, se estendendo paralelos entre si, entre os quais está disposto centralmente no verso de anel (12) um entalhe (12a) radial, se estendendo pela periferia, para alojamento de uma mola (M) em espiral, sendo que no lado da periferia os flancos de anel apresentam áreas frontais (12b, 12c) moldadas em forma ondulada no sentido do verso de anel, isso é obtido pelo fato de que as áreas frontais (12b, 12c) onduladas dos flancos de anel superior e inferior (11a, 11c) estão dispostas defasadas entre si.
