Abstract
"FRESA DE ESPELHO DE PINO E PASTILHA DESCARTáVEL MONTADA NA MESMA". A resistência ao corte é reduzida de forma eficaz, a resistência do corpo de uma fresa é mantida alta e a fabricação é facilitada. A precisão de deflexão de gumes de corte é mantida alta, sem causar que o corpo da fresa desvie em uma direção axial com respeito a um adaptador, mesmo devido à carga e ao calor de corte na direção do impulso. Portanto, gumes de corte são formados nas partes de linha de aresta que cruzam entre um par de faces laterais longas de forma oposta dispostas (22 e 22) de um corpo de pastilha em formato de chapa plana substancialmente trapezoidal e as faces superior e inferior (21 e 21) do corpo da pastilha (20). Uma pastilha é montada em uma primeira sede de montagem de pastilha (13) formada em uma face periférica do corpo da fresa (10) de modo que uma direção da espessura do corpo da fresa (20) fique aproximadamente alinhada com uma direção radial do corpo da fresa (10) para proporcionar gumes curvos (25A) formados em partes de canto agudo (24A) do corpo da pastilha (20) para corte. A pastilha é montada em uma segunda sede de montagem de pastilha (14) formada em uma face de extremidade (12A) (12B) do corpo da fresa (10) de modo que a direção da espessura do corpo da pastilha (20) fique aproximadamente alinhada com a direção de um eixo geométrico O do corpo da fresa (10) para proporcionar gumes curvos (25A) formados nas partes de canto obtuso (24B) do corpo da pastilha (20) para corte.
