Abstract

"SISTEMA DE ANTENA DE ARRANJO EM FASE COM BASCULAMENTO ELéTRICO CONTROLáVEL E MéTODO DE CONTROLAR BASCULAMENTO ELéTRICO DE UM SISTEMA DE ANTENA DE ARRANJO EM FASE". Um sistema de antena de arranjo em fase com basculamento elétrico controlável gera dois sinais V2a e V2b com retardo relativo variável entre eles. Os sinais são convertidos em sinais de excitação de elemento de antena por uma rede de distribuição de potência (100). A rede (100) divide cada um dos dois sinais V2a e V2b em três componentes de sinal. Pares de componentes de sinais diferentes são introduzidos a respectivos dispositivos de acoplamento híbridos (180) (híbridos) (110, 112 e 114), que provêem somas e diferenças de vetor de suas entradas e atuam como conversores de fase para potência. Suas saídas são distribuídas entre híbridos adicionais (180) (116, 118 e 120), que atuam como conversores de potência para fase e provêem sinais de excitação de elemento de antena com fase variando ambos com posição de arranjo de elemento e também com o retardo relativo variável entre os dois sinais V2a e V2b. Basculamento elétrico de antena é portanto controlável alterando um único retardo relativo.
