Abstract
"CHAPA DE AçO DE BITOLA FINA EXCELENTE EM CONDIçõES DE SUPERFìCIE, CONFORMABILIDADE E CAPACIDADE DE TRABALHO E MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DA MESMA". A presente invenção fornece uma chapa de aço de bitola fina de carbono ultrabaixo e um método para produção da mesma onde a aglutinação e o crescimento de inclusões no aço fundido são evitados e as inclusões são finamente dispersadas na chapa de aço, onde os defeitos de superfície e as rachaduras no momento da conformação por prensagem são evitados, o crescimento dos grãos de recristalização no momento do recozimento contínuo é promovido, e um alto valor r (valor r <242> 2,0) e alongamento total (alongamento total <242> 50%) são exibidas, isto é, a chapa de aço de bitola fina de carbono ultrabaixo excelente em condições de superfície, conformabilidade e capacidade de trabalho compreendido de, em % em massa, 0,0003% <243> C <243> 0,003%, Si <243> 0,01%, Mn <243> 0,1%, P <243> 0,02%, S <243> 0,01%, 0,0005% <243> N <243> 0,0025%, 0,01% <243> Ti solúvel em ácido <243> 0,07%, Al solúvel em ácido <243> 0,003%, e 0,002% <243> La+Ce+Nd <243> 0,02% e um saldo de ferro e as inevitáveis impurezas, a mencionada chapa de aço caracterizada por conter pelo menos oxissulfito de cério, oxissulfito de lantânio e oxissulfito de neodímio.
