Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE GRáNULOS DE URéIA". Processo para a preparação de grânulos de uréia em um granulador de leito fluidizado, utilizando-se pelo menos um dispositivo de alimentação para alimentar uma massa fundida de uréia na forma de um filme a um leito fluidizado de núcleos de uréia sólida, sob o qual os núcleos crescem por solidificação da massa fundida de uréia sobre os núcleos, onde as quantidades de biureto e água na massa fundida de uréia e nos grânulos de uréia satisfazem a seguinte relação (I) onde b~ m~ = o % em peso de biureto na massa fundida de uréia; b~ g~ = o % em peso de biureto nos grânulos de uréia; w~ m~ = o % em peso de água na massa fundida de uréia; w~ g~ = o % em peso de água nos grânulos de uréia.
