Abstract

"VASO PARA UM COMPOSTO FACILMENTE POLIMERIZáVEL". Em um dispositivo para destilação, ou dispositivo para reação de decomposição, de ácido acrílico, no qual o líquido de fundo da coluna é aquecido em um refervedor (5), é suprido de um orifício de suprimento (1a) formado na parede lateral do corpo principal de uma coluna (1), uma placa de topo (12a) é instalada acima do orifício de suprimento (1a) e uma placa de colisão (12b) para evitar que o líquido de fundo da coluna se espalhe na direção do suprimento, fica suspensa da placa de topo (12a). A placa de topo (12a) é instalada de tal modo que sua superfície superior fica inclinada para baixo a partir da extremidade base para a extremidade frontal. De acordo com a invenção, a formação de um polímero devido ao fluxo do líquido ou gás aquecido pelo refervedor para dentro da coluna pode ser inibido por um mecanismo simples, permitindo deste modo ao equipamento em coluna operar por um período prolongado, de forma estável e contínua.
