Abstract

"MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UMA QUANTIDADE DE FORMAçãO DE CRISTAL DE GELO EM UMA BEBIDA, APARELHO DE DISTRIBUIçãO DE BEBIDA E RESERVATóRIO DE BEBIDA". A invenção se refere a um método para produzir uma quantidade desejada de formação de cristais de gelo em uma bebida compreendendo as etapas de: resfriar dita bebida a uma temperatura abaixo de sua temperatura ordinária de congelamento à pressão atmosférica para formar uma bebida gelada; manter dita bebida a uma pressão suficiente para inibir o congelamento de dita bebida; distribuir dita bebida gelada para dentro de um reservatório; obter uma superfície resfriada tendo uma temperatura suficientemente baixa para provocar o congelamento instantâneo de uma porção de dita bebida gelada a qual entra em contato com a mesma; e apresentar dita superfície resfriada à dita bebida por um tempo suficiente para formar uma quantidade desejada de ditos cristais de gelo em dita bebida. é provido um aparelho para realizar o método.
