Abstract

DISPOSITIVO ALIVIADOR DE PRESSÃO SEM-FRAGMENTAÇÃO. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo aliviador de pressão sem-fragmentação que inclui pelo menos um disco de ruptura circular tendo uma seção expandida assimétrica central e uma porção de flange periférica. Uma linha de fragilidade semicircular estende-se em torno da periferia da seção expandida e apresenta uma porção de articulação entre as extremidades da linha de fragilidade. Um membro de sujeição para o disco de ruptura tendo uma abertura interna circundando a seção expandida do disco é provido com um segmento unitário que se estende para a abertura interna do membro de sujeição. As extremidades finais espaçadas da linha de fragilidade se estendem abaixo do segmento do membro de sujeição. A porção de articulação do disco na ruptura do disco encurva-se em torno de um fulcro definido pela margem externa do segmento de sujeição, que em conjunção com a deflexão do segmento do membro de sujeição contribui para a antifragmentação do disco.
