Abstract

"COMPOSIçõES E MéTODOS PARA MEDIçãO DE CONCENTRAçõES DE ANALITO". A presente invenção refere-se a proteínas de fusão compreendendo pelo menos uma proteína de ligação periplasmática funcional, pelo menos uma fração de rotulagem e pelo menos uma proteína fluorescente. Em uma modalidade, a proteína de ligação periplasmática é uma proteína de ligação a glicose-galactose funcional (GGBP). A invenção também se refere a métodos para quantificar um analito, por exemplo, glicose, numa célula ou tecido, compreendendo a administração de uma composição composta por uma parte de proteína de fusão de ligação periplasmática fluorescente à célula ou tecido, e medição da fluorescência da proteína de fusão de ligação periplasmática fluorescente.
