Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE CONTROLE DE FIO PARA UMA MáQUINA TêXTIL, ESPECIALMENTE PARA UM DISPOSITIVO DE FORMAçãO DE CALA". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de controle de fio para uma máquina têxtil, especialmente para um dispositivo de formação de cala, com ao menos um órgão de guia de fio (31), que é móvel em direção de movimento por meio de um acionamento (35) executado com travamento devido à forma e na direção de movimento contraposta por meio de um dispositivo de retorno (36) executado pneumaticamente e com travamento devido à força. O dispositivo de retorno (36) apresenta um agregado de cilíndro/êmbolo (64, 54), cuja câmara de cilindro (52) está unida por uma válvula (56) com uma fonte de gás comprimido (60). A válvula (56) apresenta então uma primeira sede de válvula (72) unida com a câmara de cilindro (52) e uma segunda sede de válvula (76), entre as quais é móvel um elemento de válvula (82) provido de ao menos um ponto de estrangulamento (80), que está protendido por meio de uma mola (84) para a primeira sede de válvula (72), sendo que o ponto de estrangulamento (80) fica inativo e o elemento de válvula (82) bloqueia a comunicação com a fonte de gás comprimido (60) quando o elemento de válvula (82) encosta na segunda sede de válvula (76).
