Abstract
"MéTODO E EQUIPAMENTO PARA POSICIONAMENTO AO SUBSTITUIR ANODOS EM UMA CéLULA DE ELETRóLISE DE TIPO HALL-HéROULT COM ANODOS PRé-COZIDOS". A presente invenção é relativa a um método e equipamento para substituir anodos em uma célula de eletrólise na qual um guindaste com um apanhador de anodos é utilizado para levantar anodos usados, e inserir novos anodos. O anodo novo é inserido a uma altura de acordo com uma altura calculada com base na altura do anodo removido, a altura do anodo removido e a altura do novo anodo sendo medidas contra um nível de referência comum. Equipamento de medição baseado em laser é arranjado entre um ponto no guindaste que é estacionário em termos de altura durante a operação e um ponto no apanhador de anodo que se move juntamente com o anodo, e mede as alturas estabelecidas. Os valores medidos são processados por um sistema com base em PLC, que determina uma altura de inserção mais precisa do novo anodos de acordo com um algoritmo específico.
