"GêNERO ALIMENTìCIO CONTENDO AMIDO LENTAMENTE DIGESTìVEL". A invenção se refere a um gênero alimentício contendo amido lentamente disgestível, tais como cereais e petiscos, no qual uma fração substancial da fase amido dos gêneros alimentícios contendo amido é convertida em uma forma lentamente digestível durante a produção do gênero alimentício pela modificação dos métodos que são para o gênero alimentício correspondente, e opcionalmente a formulação in situ.
