Abstract
"APARELHO MATRIZ PARA REALIZAR UMA OPERAçãO DE FORJAMENTO, MéTODO PARA FABRICAR UMA CREMALHEIRA DE DIREçãO, E CREMALHEIRA". Aparelho matriz e método para realizar operação de forjamento sem rebarbas para fabricar uma porção dentada de uma cremalheira de direção de veículos automotivos. O aparelho matriz compreende primeiro e segundo membros matrizes e pelo menos um membro punção, cada um deles tendo uma superfície formadora com forma substancialmente invertida em relação a uma porção da citada porção dentada, e pelo menos uma porção da superfície formadora com forma substancialmente invertida em relação aos dentes da citada cremalheira. Os citados primeiro e segundo membros matrizes são móveis, um em direção ao outro, para a posição fechada, daì forjando parcialmente a citada porção dentada a partir de um blanque colocado no citado aparelho matriz, e formando uma cavidade substancialmente fechada definida pelas citadas superfícies formadoras, o citado membro punção sendo adaptado para entrar na citada cavidade, quando os citados membros matrizes estiverem na citada posição fechada, daí completando a citada operação de forjamento.
