Abstract

"DISCO DE FREIO". A presente invenção refere-se a disco de freio (1) para um freio a disco tendo um ou mais discos deslizantes ou não deslizantes sobre um cubo ou outra parte central. O disco de freio (1) tem uma circunferência externa (4), e uma circunferência interna (5) com um número de dentes alternados (2) e interstícios (3) na circunferência interna (5). Uma ou mais medidas são tomadas para reduzir o risco de formação de fissuras. Uma das ditas medidas é dispor áreas (9, 10, 13, 14) de reduzida espessura de material em e/ou adjacente a cada dente (2). As ditas áreas de reduzida espessura de material podem ser aberturas (9, 13, 14) tendo uma extensão axial ou radial. Outras medidas incluem a configuração dos dentes (2) e interstícios (3) em uma maneira apropriada e formando o disco de freio com diferentes propriedades em diferentes partes.
