Abstract

"FERRAMENTA EM FORMA DE DISCO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma ferramenta em forma de disco 10 inclui uma pluralidade de regiões de tal maneira formadas que são circundadas por duas linhas radiais se estendendo de um centro de rotação de um metal base em forma de disco 11 e dois círculos concêntricos sobre o metal base dispostos em torno do centro de rotação. Um ângulo central formado pelas duas linhas radiais é igual a ou inferior a 90<198>, e o número das regiões virtuais é de 4 a 24. O círculo concêntrico localizado em um centro de um intervalo dos dois círculos concêntricos formando a região virtual está em uma faixa de 0,6r a 0,8r com respeito ao centro de rotação do metal base quando um raio de fundo de dente máximo do metal base é r. Uma sobreposição das regiões virtuais continuamente mutuamente confinantes está em uma faixa de 0<198> a 12<198>. Uma distância de adjacência mínima entre as fendas contíguas é igual a ou maior que 0,05r. Uma relação de uma extensão de um arco do círculo concêntrico central em cada região virtual com respeito ao intervalo dos dois círculos concêntricos na região virtual é de 3 para 6.
