Abstract

MéTODOS PARA ADMINISTRAçãO DE PRODROGAS DE PROPOFOL SOLúVEIS EM AGUA PARA SEDAçãO PROLONGADA Método de administrar uma prodroga de propofol, preferivelmente sal dissódico de O-fosfonooximetil propofol, que compreende a administração oral, intragástrica, ou intraintestinal da prodroga em quantidades suficientes para induzir ou manter um estado anestesiado generalizado, um estado sedado consciente, ou para tratar insónia, ansiedade, náuseas, vómitos, pruridos, epilepsia, e uma gama de síndromes dolorosas e outras condições médicas.
