Abstract
DISPOSIçAO COM UM IMPLANTE E/OU UMA UNIDADE PERTENCENDO AO DITO IMPLANTE, E METODO PARA PRODUçAO DO IMPLANTE E/OU DA UNIDADE Um implante (5, 13) e/ou uma unidade (9), por exemplo uma luva espaçadora, pertencendo ao dito implante se prolonga(m) através de um alvéolo (4) formado em um osso do maxilar (2) e através do tecido mole (3) pertencendo ao osso do maxilar e compreende(m) uma ou mais camadas externas constituídas principalmente de dióxido de titânio. Cada camada consiste de diáxido de titânio cristalino que assume, em grande parte ou completamente, a fase anatase. A invenção também se refere a um método para produção do tal implante dental (5,13) e/ou de uma unidade (9) pertencendo a ele e que possui uma ou mais camadas externas de diáxido de titânio. O método é um método de oxidação anódica em que a parte ou as partes relativas à(s) camada(s) externas é/são aplicadas ao eletrólito, por exemplo compreendendo ácido sulfúrico e ácido fosfórico, sob voltagem, e a voltagem (U) e o tempo de permanência da parte ou partes no eletrólito são escolhidos de modo a formar, em grande parte ou completamente, uma fase anatase cristalina do diáxido de titânio. Uma excelente orientação do osso e integração do tecido mole pode ser alcançada desta forma.
