Abstract

"DISPOSIçãO E MéTODO PARA FABRICAR GARRAFA PET COM ALçA FORMADA NA PARTE DE CORPO POR MOLDAGEM DE SOPRO DE INJEçãO, E GARRAFA PET FABRICADA DESSE MODO". A presente invenção refere-se a disposição e método para fabricar uma garrafa PET tendo uma alça formada em um corpo por um processo contínuo por meio de um método de moldagem de sopro de injeção, e uma garrafa PET fabricada desse modo. O método compreende as etapas de realizar uma primeira operação de sopro para soprar ar comprimido em uma pré-forma fabricada por moldagem de injeção depois de montar a pré-forma em um molde de sopro de pré-forma, realizar uma segunda operação de sopro para soprar ar comprimido dentro do primeiro recipiente PET depois de montar o primeiro recipiente PET em um molde de sopro tendo uma parte de formação de alça, cortar uma parte comprimida da seção de alça do segundo recipiente PET, e ligar uma parte cortada da seção de alça do terceiro recipiente PET que permanece depois da etapa c).
