Abstract
"APARELHO E MéTODO PARA RESFRIAMENTO DE MOLDE DE MáQUINA PARA A FORMAçãO DE ARTIGOS DE VIDRO". A presente invenção refere-se a um lado do molde em bruto, de uma máquina de formação de recipiente de vidro I.S, o ar de resfriamento do molde flui de uma fonte fixa através de um conduto de suprimento para um 'plenum' que fica sobrejacente ao braço transportador de molde e oscila com o mesmo. O ar de resfriamento da fonte flui, a montante, através do conduto de suprimento e, então, para um membro oco que tem uma parte de entrada recebida, de forma telescópica, na saída do conduto de suprimento. O membro oco, que é capaz de um movimento de oscilação em um plano horizontal com relação ao conduto de suprimento, tem uma saída voltada para o lado horizontal com uma superfície de suporte parcialmente esférica anular e um suporte anular, parcialmente esférico, é posicionado na superfície de suporte parcialmente esférica para movimento de articulação em um plano vertical do suporte parcialmente esférico com relação ao membro oco. Um tubo de entrada de ar de resfriamento tem uma extremidade de entrada recebida, de forma telescópica, no suporte parcialmente esférico. A extremidade de saída do tubo de entrada de ar de resfriamento é recebida de forma não-telescópica em uma superfície de suporte parcialmente esférica do 'plenum'. Em um lado do molde de sopro de uma máquina de formação de recipiente de vidro I.S, o ar de resfriamento flui de uma fonte fixa através de um conduto de suprimento para um 'plenum' que fica sobrejacente ao braço transportador de molde e oscila com o mesmo, sem uma mudança substancial na direção do fluxo de ar através daí. Um tubo de entrada de ar de resfriamento tendo um elemento externo, um elemento interno posicionado de forma telescópica dentro do elemento externo e uma mola para desviar, de forma resiliente, o elemento interno para acomodar mudanças na distância entre a fonte e o 'plenum' que ocorre por causa do movimento de oscilação do braço transportador de molde.
