Abstract

"INCORPORAçãO SELETIVA DE 5-HIDROXITRIPTOFANO EM PROTEìNAS DE CéLULAS MAMìFERAS". Esta invenção provê métodos e composições para incorporação de um aminoácido não natural em um peptídeo utilizando RNAt sistetase aminoacil ortogonal / per RNAt. Em particular, um par ortogonal é provido para incorporar 5-hidróxi-L-triptofano em uma posição por uma mutação opalaa.
