Abstract

"POLIA REVESTIDA DE MATERIAL SINTéTICO, EM PARTICULAR, POLIA ESTICADORA, PARA UM ACIONAMENTO POR CORREIA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma polia revestida de material sintético, em particular, a uma polia esticadora de material sintético, para um acionamento por correia, abrangendo uma roda que apresenta um anel interno e um anel externo que estão ligados através de nervuras alinhadas radialmente, dispostas e distribuídas através da circunferência, bem como, através de uma alma central, sendo que, a roda está apoiada, podendo girar, em um elemento de suporte através de um mancal de rolamento, e a roda está apoiada, com uma superfície de rolamento, em uma correia do acionamento por correia, sendo que, estão previstos pontos de fundição, dispostos e distribuídos em uma superfície lateral, para a produção da fundição por injeção e, sendo que, quanto ao ângulo, os pontos de fundição (16) estão dispostos distribuídos irregularmente.
