"RECIPIENTE TERMOPLáSTICO MOLDADO, MéTODO PARA FORMAR UM RECIPIENTE PARA RETER SUBSTáNCIAS LìQUIDAS E ALIMENTìCIAS, ARTIGO DE FABRICAçãO, E, MéTODO PARA ARMAZENAR SUBSTáNCIAS LìQUIDAS E ALIMENTìCIAS". Recipiente termoplástico moldado, por exemplo, copo, tigela feito de partículas termoplásticas expansíveis, por exemplo poliestireno expansível, tem um revestimento de látex por exemplo um látex de copolímero de estireno e metacrilato de metila, látex de copolímero de estireno e acrilato de metila, látex de copolímero de estireno e ácido acrílico, e látex de copolímero de estireno e butadieno, aplicado a pelo menos sua superfície interna via processos de imersão, escovação ou pulverização para uma melhorada resistência ao vazamento e/ou manchas e/ou longevidade do armazenamento. O revestimento pode ser aplicado à superfície externa do recipiente para fins de impressão e resistência a vazamentos.
