Abstract
"PROCESSO E ARMAçãO DE LAMINAçãO PARA MúLTIPLA INFLUêNCIA DE PERFIS". Quando da laminação de chapas ou tiras em armações de laminação com rolos de trabalho, que se apoiam em rolos de apoio ou rolos intermediários com rolos de apoio, sendo que o ajuste do espaço entre rolos é realizado por deslocamento axial de pares de rolos providos de contornos curvos, com maiores larguras de um espectro de produtos, freqüentemente se manifestam divergências do perfil requerido por excessivas extensões na faixa de borda ou nos quartos de faixa, que se expressam em forma de assim chamados quartos de onda na lisura do produto. Para solucionar essa problemática com um mecanismo simples e obter maior aperfeiçoamento dos mecanismos de ajuste e da estratégia para produção de chapas ou tiras absolutamente planas com perfil de espessura predeterminado por toda a largura do material de laminação laminado, se propõe, de acordo com a invenção, que para a formação dos perfis teóricos de espaço entre rolos (10, 11) para duas posições de deslocamento selecionadas os contornos dos rolos de um par de rolos sejam de tal maneira configurados que no espaço entre rolos resulte um perfil (20, 21) simétrico ao centro de rolos com um máximo de perfil no centro de rolos variável pelo deslocamento dos rolos, enquanto que os contornos dos rolos de ao menos um segundo par de rolos no espaço entre rolos produz um perfil (22, 23) simétrico ao centro de rolos com dois máximos iguais, variáveis por deslocamento de rolos, fora do centro de rolos.
