Abstract

"ESTRUTURAS COMPóSITAS CONTENDO TRAMAS DE TECIDO E OUTROS NãO-TRANçADOS". A presente invenção apresenta um produto de esfregação descartável (30) para uso em limpeza doméstica ou aplicações de higiene pessoal. Em uma modalidade, a presente invenção refere-se a uma ferramenta de limpeza que inclui um cabo (210) e uma base rígida (220) à qual o produto de esfregação (30) da presente invenção pode estar fixado para formar uma ferramenta de limpeza conveniente. O produto de esfregação (30) da invenção é um produto laminado de camadas múltiplas e inclui geralmente pelo menos duas camadas distintas, uma camada abrasiva e uma camada absorvente fibrosa tal como uma camada de tecido feito a partir de fibras de fabricação de papel. A camada abrasiva é formada principalmente de fibras poliméricas em uma distribuição desordenada ou aleatória como é típico de fibras depositadas em processos de fundição a sopro ou aglutinação por fiação, de modo a formar uma estrutura porosa aberta. Em uma modalidade, um agente de fixação, tal como fibras sintéticas, são incorporadas dentro da camada de tecido que forma uma aglutinação com a camada abrasiva quando formando um laminado de acordo com a presente invenção.
