Em particular, a presente invenção se refere a formulações que derretem rápido capazes de disfarçar o sabor do agente ativo, em virtude de uma ou mais medidas para disfarce do sabor, ao mesmo tempo em que retém o perfil de dissolução de fármaco desejado e boa sensação na boca. As formulações em multipartículas da invenção podem ser usadas em um dispositivo de distribuição de doses múltiplas o qual distribui uma dose unitária do pó quando de acionamento ou podem ser embaladas para distrubuição em sachês ou recipientes com dose unitária semelhante.
