Abstract

MéTODOS E APARELHOS PARA OTIMIZAR A ENTREGA DE CONTEúDO PROVENIENTE DE MULTICAST UTILIZANDO RETORNO DE PROBABILIDADE Métodos e aparelho para otimizar a entrega de conteúdo proveniente de multicast utilizando retorno de probabilidade. Um método é fornecido para a transmissão de dados de um servidor para uma pluralidade de terminais de recepção. O método inclui a transmissão de dados do servidor para a pluralidade de terminais de recepção, e a geração de um valor de resposta aleatório em cada terminal de recepção. O método também inclui a comparação do valor de resposta a um valor de confirmação em cada terminal de recepção, e a transmissão de um sinal de confirmação para o servidor a partir dos terminais de recepção selecionados. Os terminais de recepção selecionados são uma parte da pluralidade de terminais de recepção onde o valor de resposta possui uma relação selecionada com o valor de confirmação.
