Abstract
PROCESSO PARA CONVERTER UMA COMPOSIçAO REAGENTE QUE COMPREENDE H~ 2~ E CO, CATALIZADOR QUE COMPREENDE Co, E REATOR DE MICROCANAIS A invenção exposta refere-se a um processo para converter uma composição reagente que compreende H~ 2~ e CO em um produto que compreende pelo menos um hidrocarboneto alifático dotado de pelo menos cerca de 5 átomos de carbono, o processo compreendendo: fazer fluir a composição reagente através de um reator de micro-canais em contacto com um catalisador de Fischer-Tropsch para converter a composição reagente no produto, sendo que o reator de microcanais compreende uma pluralidade de microcanais de processo que contêm o catalizador; transferir calor dos microcanais de processo para um permutador de calor; e remover o produto do reator de microcanais; o processo produzindo pelo menos cerca de 0,5 grama de hidrocarboneto alifático que é dotado de pelo menos cerca de 5 átomos de carbono por grama de catalisador por hora; sendo a seletividade para metano no produto menor do que cerca de 25% .
