Abstract

ELEMENTO DE MOLA PARA VEìCULOS SOBRE TRILHOS. A invenção refere-se a um elemento de mola (2) constituído, em essência, de corpo de mola (4), que está fixado entre dois membros finais (6, 8) rígidos, dispostos com distância variável de um para o outro. O referido corpo de mola (4) que é fabricado de borracha ou de um material sintético similar à borracha, apresenta uma seção transversal da mola com simetria de rotação; a seção longitudinal apresenta uma linha de superfície biconvexa. Em virtude de uma escvação (10) obtém-se no total uma seção transversal em forma de U. A fricção surgida durante a introdução de forças verticais e horizontais deve ser reduzida, e deve possibilitar um deslizamento ligeiramente horizontal. Sobre a superfície (12) do corpo de mola (4) estão dispostas nervuras (14, 14a,...) em distâncias (A) uma da outra, que são cortadas por nervuras (16, 16a,...) dispostos, da mesma forma, em distâncias (A) uma da outra. Sobre a superfície (12) do corpo de mola (4) nos espaços intermediários entre as nervuras (14, ...; 16, ...) são formados campos (18a,...) poligonais, em função do ângulo de corte. Em vez das nervuras, ou adicionalmente a elas, o corpo de mola (4) e/ou a superfície pode ser provida de, pelo menos, um dos corpos finais (6 e/ou 8) com uma superfície capaz de deslizar. As nervuras (14a, ...; 16a, ...) têm, de preferência, cerca de 2 mm de espessura e estão distânciadas uma da outra cerca de 10 mm. Em particular, para o emprego como mola adicional, em combinação com uma mola de ar em veículos sobre trilhos.
