Abstract

MéTODO E APARELHO DE FABRICAçãO DE PNEUMáTICOS PARA RODAS DE VEìCULO No setor de fabricação de pneumáticos, insertos sub-cinta (11) são aplicados a um suporte expansível (18) associado a um tambor auxiliar (14) sobre o qual a estrutura de cima é produzida, simultaneamente com a fabricação de uma estrutura de carcaça (3) sobre um tambor primário (13). Após a expansão do suporte expansível (18), os insertos sub-cinta (11) são aplicados à estrutura de cinta (4) que pode ser produzida diretamente sobre o próprio suporte (18) numa condição expandida. A estrutura de cinta (4), juntamente com os insertos sub-cinta (11) e uma banda de rodagem (5), são em seguida transferidos para cima da estrutura de carcaça (3) formada sobre o tambor primário (13), para completar a construção do pneumático (2), após a modelagem da carcaça (3) numa conformação toroidal.
