Abstract

INSTALAçãO E MéTODO PARA FABRICAR PNEUS. Uma instalação compreende uma linha de montagem de carcaça (12a) na qual estruturas de carcaça (3) são formadas através da montagem de produtos semi-acabados, e uma linha de construção de carcaça (12) na qual estruturas de carcaça (3) são construídas através do assentamento de componentes elementares sobre um suporte de construção de carcaça (9) compreendendo uma câmara de ar inflável (14) assentada em uma condição inflada. Estruturas de cinta (6) possivelmente munidas de uma banda de rodagem (7) e produzidas separadamente são individualmente coaxialmente dispostas em tomo de uma estrutura de carcaça construída (3) sobre o suporte de construção (9) e aplicadas à mesma após uma expansão radial da câmara de ar inflável (14). Em um molde de vulcanização (13) o suporte de construção (9) é submetido a uma etapa de hiper inflação para pressionar o pneu (2) contra as superfícies de parede interna do molde (13).
