Abstract

MéTODO PARA TRATAMENTO DE VINHO, MEDIR SUA APTIDãO PARA ENVELHECIMENTO E DISPOSITIVO PARA IMPLEMENTAR DITO MéTODO compreendendo os seguintes passos: colocar um vinho a ser processado em contato com um elemento da liga de prata / ouro / cobre, tendo uma superfície e composição definida, a fim de proceder com a oxi-redução acelerada e calibrada do vinho. Desta forma, um padrão para medir a aptidão de um vinho para o envelhecimento, e para garantir que um vinho seja provado sob as melhores condições, pode ser concebido.
