Abstract

PROMOTORES INDUZIVEIS. A presente invenção refre-se ao gene de NI16 arabidopsis que foi isolado em uma peneira de dois híbridos de levedura via sua intenção com a proteina de nim1 e codifica uma proteína envolvida na reglação de expressão de gene de SAR. NII6 é fortemente induzido em plantas de utraexpressão de NTMI tratadas com éster de S-metila de ácido benzo (1,2,3)tiadiazol-7-carbotióico(BTH). A seqüência de ácidos nucléicos do promotor de NI16 de arabidopsis é descrito aqui.
