Abstract

MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR áCIDO (MET) ACRìLICO OU (MET) ACROLEìNA Trata-se de um processo para obter um gás de reação que contém ácido (met) acrílico ou (met) acroleína através das etapas de alimentar propileno, propano ou isobutileno e um gás que contém oxigênio molecular para dentro de um reator carregado com um catalisador e efetuar uma oxidação de fase vaporosa catalítica, em que, quando do reinício da operação após a suspensão da oxidação de fase gasosa catalítica, não há deterioração da atividade catalítica e da seletividade do produto desejado. é apresentado um processo para produzir (met) acroleína ou ácido (met) acrílico, que compreende as etapas de alimentar propileno, propano ou isobutileno e um gás que contém oxigênio molecular para dentro de um reator carregado com um catalisador e executar uma operação de oxidação de fase vaporosa catalítica para a formação de (met) acroleína ou ácido (met) acrílico, em que, quando da suspensão da operação de oxidação de fase vaporosa catalítica, um gás que contém oxigênio molecular é fornecido ao reator carregado com o catalisador.
