Abstract

IMPLANTE DENTáRIO ENOSSAL APARAFUSáVEL. A presente invenção refere-se a um implante dentário (1) enossal aparafusável que inclui uma estrutura base (2) com disposição roscada e entalhes de corte, bem como uma parte superior e uma parte enossal (11) abaulada. A disposição roscada (3) na estrutura base (2) é limitada por uma parábola (P2) e a base roscada é limitada por outra parábola (P1), que forma pontos de corte (S1; S2) fora da área do implante dentário (1), onde a disposição roscada (3) chega à parte superior (4). Os flancos da rosca apresentam um ângulo de pressão de 20 graus. A passagem da estrutura base (2) até a parte enossal (11) abaulada é arredondada. Os entalhes de corte (12) têm uma profundidade máxima de 1/3 do diâmetro da estrutura base (2) e uma largura, pelo menos, igual a da disposição roscada (3) que fica sempre entre os entalhes de corte (12). Através do implante dentário (1), as forças de compressão que atuam no osso do maxilar deverão atuar assimetricamente contra zero com a profundidade de aparafusamento crescente atingir um encerramento seguro na área enossal.
